Covid Liability Relief

CDA Supports Liability Protection
The Convenience Distribution Association has added its name to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s list of organizations supporting “temporary and targeted” liability protection for businesses in light of the global COVID-19 pandemic. Joining the broader U.S. Chamber-led letter signals that the issue of liability protection is emerging as a priority for all of the business community. It is expected that the Senate will try to include liability protection in the next coronavirus relief legislation.
